If you want to conjugate a verb in a continuous tense of the passive voice you have to put be in the
continuous tense required by the situation + past participle of the verb you want to conjugate.
Present Continuous:
They are being rescued
by a helicopter.
Past Continuous:
Lawyer: When we arrived at the police station, the suspect was being questioned by Inspector Brown.
Other continuous tenses are
rarely used in the passive voice.
