without 'to' is used to
express:

GOING TO
is used to
express:
the subject's intention to do something in the

the speaker's certainty about an action in the future because he can see signs in the present of what is going to happen in the

With verbs of movement (go, leave, come...), it is more common to use the present
continuous:
Peter is coming with us. When are you
leaving? Tomorrow morning.
